New for 2022, this award was created to recognize an individual who identifies as female and has demonstrated achievements and commitments in the pursuit of excellence in the construction industry in Newfoundland and Labrador.

The Award recognizes achievements in program development, supporting women, industry contribution, as well as other accomplishments.
