How to identify high conflict communications and situations when dealing with people

  • How do you identify these issues and challenges?
  • Once you do, how do you handle these challenges confidently and respectfully?

 

This course will use some of the participants most challenging situations to teach the identification of troubling and possibly high conflict communications and the various options for resolution including simple conflict resolution communications and skills and when you may need to seek the help and or advice of a conflict management specialist.

Participants will take away knowledge and skills to add to their toolkit for resolving these difficult situations and building stronger communications and effective problem solving techniques.

 

Upon successful completion of this course. It can be applied as one credit towards the education and training component of the Gold Seal application to become certified.
