This presentation will provide an overview of some of the issues and challenges facing employers in the construction industry as they deal with the impact of COVID-19, including: can employers make COVID-19 vaccinations mandatory; what to do when employees refuse to comply with mandatory masking, mandatory vaccinations or other health and safety directives of the employer; and how to respond when an employee refuses to work.


The presentation will also provide practical insights and best practices for developing and implementing polices to deal with the ever-changing landscape of COVID-19.
