NLCA Office Classroom, 397 Stavanger Drive, Suite 202, St. John’s

Learn how to meet individual and organizational objectives

One of biggest challenges people face is to have the time to do what needs to be done to meet individual and organization objectives. This session challenges you to take a look at what takes up your time, what needs to change and how that can be accomplished while continuing to meet objectives, deadlines and be fully engaged.

Upon successful completion of this course, learners will better understand what is needed to start, stop and continue to meet both organization and work-life balance objectives through new awareness, skills, tools and commitment.

Course Content includes:

  • where you spend your time
  • align your priorities to match your goals
  • delegation: what’s stopping you
  • the right time to delegate
  • principles of successful delegation
  • what makes an effective meeting: what, how and the roles

You will receive a certificate of completion. This course can be used towards a credit for the continuing education component of your Gold Seal application.
