Construction Law Series: Documents and Record Keeping

This session took place on Wednesday, September 6, 2017.

 

This was the first session in the Construction Law Series. Session One: This session will focus on working with and deviating from standard forms, ensuring sustainable claims, and considerations generally on electronic record keeping


Instructors were practicing lawyers with the St. John’s office of Cox & Palmer:

Stephanie Hickman is a partner with extensive experience in construction law and was recently inducted as a Fellow of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers.

 

Richard Gosse is a partner with a wide-ranging commercial litigation practice and is currently the provincial Chair of the CBA Construction Law Section (NL).

Matthew Peyton is an associate who is building his general legal practice with a particular interest in tax law and corporate and commercial law.
