This is the second session in the Construction Law Series. This session will focus on testing in the workplace and on how to manage medical marijuana, highlighting human rights considerations and obligations.
Instructors are practicing lawyers with the St. John’s office of Cox & Palmer:
Michelle Willette is partner who primarily practices labour and employment law and has appeared before various administrative tribunals and all levels of court in the province.
Janna Whelan is an associate who currently has a general legal practice with a growing interest in insurance litigation and employment and labour law.
